Identified - Starting on May 5th at 5AM EST some Australian and New Zealand inReach customers may be experiencing an inability to receive SMS responses to their inReach devices. Engineering is working on resolving the problem now.

Investigating - Customers are unable to modify inReach subscription plans.  Subscription changes will get stuck processing after users try to complete the change from the Explore website.   We recommend waiting until after this issue is resolved to make subscription plan changes.
